Have your say in the staff survey

The annual NHS staff survey launches today and this year every member of staff at the Trust will be given an opportunity to share their views.

Chief Executive Anthony Marsh said: “I really value the NHS staff survey as it informs us of what works well and what we can change to improve the service”. 

You will receive a paper version of the survey, which needs to be completed by 28th November.

Responses to this survey are strictly confidential; nobody will see your completed questionnaire, or be able to identify individual responses. Your personal data will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, and the principles of the NHS Confidentiality Code of Practice. All personal information relating to this survey will be destroyed within three months of its completion.
