Have your voice heard: culture survey still open

Side of RRV with lozenge

We’d like to say a big thank you to the 795 of you (as of Monday!) who have so far completed our culture survey.

With questions covering everything from your work health to how you’re spoken to on a daily basis, it really is your chance to tell us how you feel as an individual working at EEAST. Are we living our values? Do you feel like you’re supported? Are there issues you want to anonymously share?

The survey will give you the chance to answer these questions, and more, so we can understand the true culture at the Trust. We’ll be using the results to look at ways we can develop and improve things for the benefit of us all.

So far, the majority of returned surveys have come from our emergency operations colleagues – thank you for your help, support and feedback.

We are however really low on numbers for some of our other vital service areas; so far, only 49 colleagues from across our emergency operations centres (EOCs) have completed it, and just 34 from support services.*

Please make sure your area is represented and return your completed survey in the pre-paid envelope provided – your views really do matter.

You have until 10th June to complete the survey and send it back to us, and, once evaluated, the results will then be shared across the Trust.

Surveys have been sent to the home address you have logged with the Trust – if you’ve not yet received yours, please contact HR.advice@eastamb.nhs.uk and a member of the team will be happy to help you.

*This information has been gathered from individuals who voluntarily completed the ‘demographics’ section of the survey. Surveys remain anonymous.
