Help for handling intoxicated patients

Guidelines on managing and caring for intoxicated patients in Norfolk and Suffolk and incapable to make their own decisions is available online.

The document developed by the Trust, Norfolk and Suffolk Police includes guidance on the role and responsibilities of our staff, police and other clinicians both prior to and at hospital.

These operational guidelines will come into effect in Norfolk and Suffolk only on Monday, 5^th September.
