Help us celebrate National Apprenticeship Week 2020

National Apprenticeship Week 2020

Next week (3-9 February) we’ll be kick starting February by celebrating National Apprenticeship Week.

The theme for this year is ‘Look Beyond’ – encouraging people to look beyond the outdated stereotypes surrounding apprenticeships and to celebrate the diversity of opportunity and value that they bring to the country today.

We can’t think of a truer statement for all of our apprentices, past and present, who’s eagerness and willing to learn can only contribute to the ‘outstanding care’ we offer to our patients on a daily basis.

Throughout the week, we want to hear from YOU! If you’ve been involved in an apprenticeship with the Trust, we’d love to share your story and help encourage people to think about an apprenticeship as an alternative route to find a career they love.

Whether it’s the story of your journey, a ‘before and after’ apprenticeship photo or a fun photo for social media - if you’d like to get involved in #NAW2020 in any way, please get in touch with the Communications and Engagement team via communications@eastamb.nhs.uk.

If you use social media, please keep an eye on our Twitter, Facebook and Instagram pages where we’ll be celebrating and promoting our apprentices all week and you could even give us a like while you’re there! 😉
