Home and work life balance, demand, and leader behaviour: has our culture audit got it right?

EEAST RRVs and amb on scene

Have you taken a look at our cultural audit results yet?

Culture has been a big-ticket item for us this year, with the Trust working with specialist company Zeal Solutions to get to the bottom of both the good and bad at EEAST.

If you haven’t had chance to take a look yet, you can download a summary report that gives a quick snapshot of what you’ve told us so far. Hot topics you’ve shared include home and work life conflict, unachievable demands, and leadership and manager behaviour.

So, what do you think of the results? Are they accurate? From looking at them, what do you think is the most important thing the Trust should address? And how do you think we should do it?

The Zeal team has been out and about across the patch over the last week asking colleagues some of these questions, but if you haven’t managed to catch them yet you can still share your feedback via their online survey – just click here. But be quick – the survey closes tomorrow evening (9th December).

As with the entire culture audit, the information you provide will be submitted directly to Zeal, so no one other than that team will have access to your completed survey. They don’t need to know who you are – they just need to hear what you have to say.
