Identifying Lessons from our COVID response

COVID-19

We would like your input into a review into lessons that can be learned from our response to the Coronavirus pandemic.

A short questionnaire has been produced for all staff to feedback what they feel has gone well and what has perhaps not been so successful. This is due to close on Friday 9th April and a link can be can be found here.

The aim of collating this feedback is to identify any changes which need to be made in order to ensure that our business continuity can remain resilient and continue to meet the needs of our patients.

Both staff and volunteers are our most valuable source of understanding of how the response to this pandemic can shape the future of our organisation so we would like to encourage as many of you as possible to share your thoughts.

The Pandemic is the biggest Business Continuity (BC) Incident the world, and specifically the NHS, has seen and in BC terms it is now time to look at the recovery phase.

Thank you all for the dedicated support that you have provided to the Trust and our patients throughout this difficult year.

If you have any questions, please contact Darya.Wotherspoon@eastamb.nhs.uk.
