Reminder - IM&T Service During COVID19

Due to very high demand, the IM&T Service Desk are prioritising requests and issues to support essential front line services and working as quickly as possible to respond to the high volume of requests to support home working.

If you require equipment to work from home, these will be dealt with as quickly as possible but please consider whether you can take your office Desktop PC home. This will help us to ensure laptops are allocated to those who have no other means of working outside of the Trust offices.

If you do wish to take your Desktop home, please let us know by sending an email to with the following information:

  • Asset tag of the Desktop
  • Asset tag of the monitor
  • When you need to take the desktop home (this will help us to prioritise the request)

We do need to make a small change to the Desktop before you take it home so please do not take it until you have received confirmation that this has been activated by one of the IM&T team
