International Nurses Day

A message from Liam Walker, Regional Clinical Coordinator – Nurse.

Today is International Nurses Day – a day in the year where we can reflect and express our gratitude for all the hard work that nurses do day in, day out.

Of course, amidst these uncertain times it is even more pertinent than ever to  thank all our wonderful nurses in EEAST...and there are more than you think!

Welcome to the eleven, new nurses who are currently in training school but who will be joining front line operations in Hertfordshire imminently!

We have nurses working within ECAT, trying to ensure that we give our patients the right care, the first time around and ensuring that ambulances reach those patients most in need of them.

Not forgetting all our nurses behind the scenes in safeguarding, programme management, executive team and all our dual registered clinicians.

So from one nurse to another – THANK YOU!
