Interviewees wanted for university research study

Side of RRV with lozenge

What are your views on ambulance performance measures? Would you be happy to share them?

One of our clinical service managers is looking for volunteers to interview as part of her university research project; the study is set to evaluate how ambulance targets influence organisational business strategy, staff performance, service delivery and accountability.

From support services colleagues to patient-facing staff on the road to staff in the EOC - we’re keen to hear from staff right across the organisation.

If you agree to take part, you’ll be involved in a one-hour interview and/or focus group (at a location and time convenient to you), where you’ll be asked questions about your experiences and views of our targets. Any information you share will only be used for the research project, and it will be anonymous and confidential.

If you would like to take part, or want to know more about the study, please get in touch on 07768 777281.
