Introducing your control room ARP champions

Do you work in EOC and want to talk to someone about the Ambulance Response Programme (ARP)?

Three new champions have been announced for each EOC as the Trust gears up for new operating model.

Over the course of the next few weeks ,Tom Self (Norwich), Will South (Chelmsford), and Darren Blore (Bedford) will be spending time with EOC staff explaining what ARP means for them and how it will affect the Trust.

Nicholas Jones, Senior EOC Manager, said: “I am sure that the majority of you will know your champions, however if you don’t please be assured that they are very approachable and will answer as many questions that you may have.  Implementing ARP is an ever changing project so where they cannot answer a question they will take it away and get back to you as soon as possible.

“The senior EOC management team would like to thank the ARP champions for taking up this role and we hope that you find this dissemination method informative and supportive.”

A dedicated ARP page has been set up on East24 and recently added FAQs can be found here.

Alternatively, you can email questions to EOCCommunications@eastamb.nhs.uk
