Invite to air ambo clinical day with EAAA

It’s that time again! The East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is hosting its monthly clinical learning day this Friday (8th July), and as ever, EEAST colleagues are welcome to join them.

Being held at the EAAA Cambridge base (Cambridge airport), the clinical governance day is open to colleagues from 11.30am:

  • 30am: Extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Dr Alan Vuylsteke, Papworth Hospital
  • 20pm: Longitudinal audit 1
  • 1pm: Stop the clock: using GPS to define time definitions, Dr Marcel Rigaud
  • 15pm: Patient transfer SOP and video
  • 25pm: Lunch
  • 2pm: Syncope, Professor Tim Harris
  • 50pm: Syncope case presentations
  • 20pm: Coffee
  • 40pm: Longitudinal audit 2
  • 30pm: Close

If you’d like to attend, please get in touch with operations@eaaa.org.uk to book a place and arrange an access pass which will allow you to enter the base. Please be aware that you’ll be asked to email a copy of your photo ID badge in advance, and will also need to wear this on site on the day.
