Case studies, discussion and learning: invite to air ambulance day

Anglia One helicopter in flight 1

The East Anglian Air Ambulance are inviting colleagues here at EEAST to attend their clinical governance day – a day completely dedicated to case studies, discussion, and joint learning.

Taking place this Friday (9th January) in Bury St Edmunds, the team will be discussing a number of specific incidents they’ve attended; on the agenda this time are the recent overdose cases that took place in Suffolk which many of our staff attended – they’ll be talking about what was done clinically, and discussing the toxicology involved.

The event is running at South Lee School (IP33 2BT) and will open to EEAST staff at 11.30am; the Victory Sports Ground is on the left as you travel down Nowton Road from the hospital roundabout. Please drive past the tennis courts and park beyond the sports hall.
