IPC audit form change

A new form for infection, prevention and control (IPC) audits will be introduced on April 8, which will make the process quicker and easier to complete.

As the new form cannot be implemented until this date (because March audits are still taking place), please wait for the new form to be introduced before starting your April audits.

Any April audits completed on the old version of the form will need to be redone.
