John Littledyke

It’s with great sadness that we share news of John Littledyke, an ex-EEAST paramedic, who died on Monday, 12th October after a period of illness.

John, who worked at Welwyn Garden City for 30 years, left the service in the early 90s but was a well known and loved station member. He will be remembered by everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him.

Our thoughts are very much with his family and friends at this sad time.

Understandably colleagues who knew John well may wish to go to his funeral which is on Wednesday, 4th November at Fenland Crematorium (March, Cambridgeshire PE15 0YJ) at 10.30am. We’ll share details of John’s wake as soon as we get them.

John’s family have requested that flowers be from family only and any donations will be accepted for Belmont Comfort Fund, where his daughter Tina is a resident.

If you’ve been affected by John’s death and need support, please remember that the Trust’s employee assistance programme is available at any time. It’s free, confidential, runs 24/7 and can be accessed either on the phone or online. Just visit www.well-online.co.uk  (user name: EEASTlogin, password: wellbeing), or call 0800 085 1376.
