The East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is holding its monthly clinical governance day on Friday (3rd) in Bury St Edmunds – and Trust staff are invited to join them.

This month the team will be discussing a number of specific case studies and topics, plus sessions on wound clotting and aviation.

The event, which includes lunch, is running at South Lee School (IP33 2BT) and will open to EEAST staff at 11.15am (directions at the bottom of this article).

If you’d like to attend, please make sure you’ve contacted  operations@eaaa.org.uk in advance to let them know, and have also emailed a copy of your photo ID (which must be worn on the day).

DIRECTIONS: From the A14, take the Bury St Edmunds East slip-road and follow the sign A143 Haverhill/A134 Sudbury. Go straight over the next two roundabouts and turn left at the third, signposted South Lee School. At the fork in the road, keep left. The school is then on the right hand side.

On entry to the school sports ground, take a sharp left and follow the track round the back of the large sports hall and park at the end. You will the pavilion on the right hand side.
