Launching in April 2019: EVOLVE

Evolve Logo

EVOLVE is the new learning management system that will be available to all staff and will be used to record all of your training.

This means that all records will now be reported via EVOLVE and shared compliance reports will no longer be issued. Staff will be able to see their own records and Managers in Operations (Sector Heads and General Managers) will be able to monitor the compliance reporting for their team.

A significant amount of data cleansing has taken place over the past two months. If you believe that you have completed Statutory training and this is not recorded, you will need your line manager to email to verify the training has been completed. From 19th May we will only accept signed attendance sheets. If you complete e-learning, this will automatically be updated on your records when using EVOLVE.

You may also notice that staff are reported in your team that have moved roles. The data used for EVOLVE is pulled from ESR. Therefore, you will need to complete a HR2 to make the necessary changes. Until the HR2 is processed, you will continue to see staff that are allocated to your team based on ESR records.
