Learning from Child Deaths Safeguarding Webinars

In October 2020, the Eastern Region Child Death Overview Panel held a series of professional webinars focused on the Learning from Child Deaths.

Each of the sessions were approximately 90 minutes in duration, which included a 45 minute talk lead by expert speakers, followed by a 45 minute Q&A session with the speaker and a panel from the Eastern Region CDOP Group.  These included the following subjects.
