Lindsey Stafford-Scott

As you will have seen, Lindsey Stafford-Scott, Deputy Chief Executive and Director of People and Culture, is leaving the Trust. In her own words, Lindsey says goodbye to the Trust below. We wish her all the best.

"Having held the role of Director of People and Culture with the Trust for over three years, I have taken the decision to move on to a new opportunity.

I have been so grateful for the welcome I have received here at EEAST and the warmth and support I have experienced from colleagues. Whilst the last three years have not been without their challenges, the organisation has a strong heart and is made up of truly fantastic people.

It has been my pleasure to be part of the Trust board and to contribute to EEAST’s journey. I have made many friends along the way and hope to get the chance to say a proper goodbye to some of you in the coming weeks.

Having been employed in HR in the public sector for almost 20 years, I maintain a strong desire to ensure I can contribute to society. As many of you know, I have a passion for gender equality and supporting women to reach their true potential, both personally and in their impact on wider society.

My new venture will enable me to devote more of my time to that, from supporting young women in education, to those already well along their career pathway. I will miss my friends at EEAST but wish you every success in the future."
