Love2Shop vouchers are on their way!

The new incentives for staff to have the flu jab this season are being distributed right now.

Each gift card holds a value of £25 and should be treated as cash, as they are activated and ready to use. 

Managers are receiving packs from the Finance Team which include a list of all eligible staff - all staff need to do is sign a form to confirm they have received the card.  Managers distributing the cards should also ensure the card number is recorded on the form – the number can be found on the bottom left hand corner of the gift card.

This way all gift cards are traceable, and any potential mistakes can be rectified as swiftly as possible. 

You shouldn’t receive your gift cards via internal mail, it should be given to you!

The Love 2 Shop incentive was really popular with hundreds of staff receiving a voucher.

Any managers who think they have received an incorrect number of gift cards (or received cards for staff who don’t work in your area anymore) should call Finance on 01603 422758 so they can arrange collection.
