Manager’s Passport Training modules

The Manager’s Passport Training modules, are due to be rolled out as part of the new Managers First 90 days Programme.  All the modules will be facilitated by EEAST Subject Matter Experts and will take approximately 90 minutes each.

Any individuals with line management, supervisory responsibilities or anyone involved in the management processes, these modules will cover, are invited to take part. 

Subjects to be covered are: 

  • Sickness Policy
  • Dignity at Work Policy
  • Grievance Policy
  • Annual Leave & Secondment Policies
  • Equality Made Simple
  • Diverse Networks
  • Finance & Budget Management
  • Serious Incidents
  • Recruitment & Selection
  • TRAC for Recruiting Managers
  • Special Leave Policy - TBC
  • Disciplinary Policy – TBC
  • Capability Policy - TBC

 

This list of modules, is neither exclusive nor exhaustive.

These bite-size training sessions will be facilitated via the Microsoft Teams App. The Teams App is available on all Trust laptops. If you don’t have the App on your laptop, the Teams meeting invite should re-direct you to where you can download the application.

Please join the modules individually, on the dates provided on Evolve.  This will ensure that your participation in the training session is captured on the Evolve database.

If you are interested in attending these modules, please enrol via your Evolve account. Follow the enrolment process for each module. Which is as follows: Course Library / Leadership Development / Managers Passport Training.

Please note that enrolment will closes at 12noon, two days before the date of the each of the modules.
