Manager’s Passport Training (MPT) mop-up sessions

The Workforce Directorate has received a number of requests for repeat sessions, following the successful completion of the recent bite size Managers Passport Training (MPT). 

As a result, we are pleased to inform you that we now have mop-up sessions for staff, who have missed the HR Policies sessions, listed below:

  1. The Sickness Policy
  2. The Dignity at Work Policy 
  3. Grievance Policy 
  4. Annual Leave & Secondment Policy 

Any individuals with line management responsibilities are invited to take part in these Manager’s Passport Training Mop-up sessions.

The training will be facilitated via the Microsoft Teams App. The Teams app is available on all Trust laptops. If you don’t have the app on your laptop, the Teams meeting invite should re-direct you to where you can download the application.

Please note: it is key that you enrol on these short training sessions individually, as specified below, this will ensure that your participation in the training session will be captured in the Evolve database.
