March payroll information

Pay day December 2019

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our payroll team have amended how they are working on a temporary basis to help protect their staff, so that they can continue to provide the high level of service we currently receive.

Please note for March 2020 any queries that you have regarding your pay, please contact the Payroll team via their email address in the first instance –

These numbers will be answered from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Friday.  Please only use these numbers where you do not have regular access to your emails.

All managers

If a member of your team has not received all the monies that they are owed for March and require an urgent payment ahead of next month’s payment run, please contact the Finance department to request an advance payment.

This request should be emailed to and only.

Payroll will not be processing these requests themselves so please do not copy them into any emails relating to this advance payment as Finance assist with streamlining this workload.  Please make sure that you include your contact details on your email request and the Finance team will contact you to discuss, if necessary.
