Max of four small O2 cylinders to be carried per ambulance

With immediate effect, colleagues are asked to please make sure that ambulances carry a maximum of four small (CD) oxygen cylinders at any one time.

Currently different numbers of cylinders are being carried on vehicles across the Trust to manage oxygen efficiently and to ensure supplies are always available, the Medical Devices Safety and Management Group has agreed that up to four should be carried.
