Mayor of Cromer praises staff during station visit

Mayor Tim Adams and Deputy Mayor John Frosdick visited Cromer station on 8th December to get an update on the work of the Trust.

They both had nothing but praise for staff and their work to improve patient care in North Norfolk .

They met with Central Norfolk DLO Dale Meacham-Roberts and Paramedic Paul McReynolds and discussed plans for overnight coverage of the station’s rapid response vehicle and an early intervention falls vehicle.

Tim said "John and I learn something new every time we meet with staff at the station.

“We were absolutely delighted to be given such an opportunity to learn first-hand what is happening and we treasure our links to the ambulance service, who really do undertake some of the most important work in our community.

“Our town council looks forward to continuing its good working relationship with EEAST in North Norfolk in future and we welcome the potential increase to capacity to the local service. We were also pleased that ambulance Trust User Group member David Russell was able to join us on our visit to the station.”
