Mental Health Pocket Guides 2021

The Mental Health Team at EEAST have produced some brief pocket guides to support our clinicians. 

Following feedback from operational colleagues, the pocket guides explore various topics.

 The three guides are:

• What is Section 135/136 – Version 2
• Mental State Examination (MSE) for ambulance clinicians
• Mental Health Act (MHA) vs Mental Capacity Act (MCA)

The pocket guides will be available shortly via operational management teams throughout the Trust.  

Later in the year, there will be a further three pocket guides that will be released. A digital version will also be available.
