More PTS audit success

Hot on the heels of the external audit success of patient transport services (PTS) in Great Yarmouth and Waveney earlier this month, Essex has shared similar success and been awarded a positive certification.

The audit report states: “Patient satisfaction and other KPI’s were examined and these show that patient satisfaction is high.”

Head of Non-Emergency Services Liz McEwan said: “These results again prove the quality of the PTS service we are providing at EEAST and I am really pleased for our staff; their hard work has been most definitely rewarded.”
