Need an appointment after an occupational health referral?

Side of RRV with lozenge

Having listened to your feedback, we are making some changes to the way our private health occupier PAM contacts you after a referral.

If you have had a referral and need an appointment, you will receive a call from PAM to arrange a time and place that suits you.

The call will appear as an unknown number, and if they can’t get through the operator will leave a message. But PAM will only try and call you a maximum of three times (each call will be at least a day apart), and after this point if they haven’t heard back from you they will assume that the appointment is no longer needed and will close down the case. So it’s important to please look out for your PAM call if you’re expecting one.

If you have any queries regarding the PAM system, please contact the wellbeing team at  wellbeing@eastamb.nhs.uk
