New changes coming soon to the estates helpdesk

From Wednesday (15th March) a new helpdesk system will be launched that will allow you to report building or site faults at the click of a button.

This new self-service portal will mean you can report things like broken lights or air conditioning faults online, as well as see jobs that have already been reported and get updates on their progress.

When you want to log a fault, you still email your area’s estates office, but from Wednesday you’ll get a message back with a link to the new portal – plus a helpful user guide to assist you. You can then follow the simple prompts to log the problem. You will also be able to view some handy floor plans of your site, to help identify the room or exact location of the fault.

Once you have registered on the portal for the first time, the system will remember your details.
