New Covid Secure Workplace managers passport training

A new Manager’s Passport Training (MPT) module has been launched ‘ Covid Secure Workplace’ in the month of May,  in readiness for the easing of the lockdown restrictions in England. The module will cover the responsibility of Managers/team leaders/supervisors  within the Trust, while ensuring staff return to a covid secure workplace at EEAST.  

This is a mandated MPT module and Individuals with line management responsibilities are invited to attend this Manager’s Passport Training session. This bite-size training session will be facilitated virtually via the Microsoft Teams , by  key subject matter experts.

The module will cover the following key objectives : 

• Risk Assessment- Shielding staff retuning to work  & Workplace Risk assessments (refresher)
• Creating A Covid secure workplace
• Meaningful Conversations with Staff
• Wellbeing and Support available

Dates:

• Monday 10^th May 2021                          15.00 – 16.30
• Friday 21^st May 2021                             14.30 – 16.00
• Wednesday 26^th May 2021 (Tbc)          12.00 – 13.30
