New estates helpdesk is here

Our new estates helpdesk, which allows you to report any building or site faults at the touch of a button, is now available to use.

This new self-service portal means you can now report things like broken lights or air conditioning faults etc. online, as well as see jobs already reported and get updates on their progress.

When you want to log a fault, you still need to email your area’s estates office, but now you’ll get a message back with a link to the new portal – plus a helpful user guide to assist you. You can then follow the simple prompts to log the problem.

You can also view some handy floor plans of your site to help identify the room or exact location of the fault.
