New faces - heading to a station near you

Those of you following us on social media may have already spotted us posting our recent end of course photos.  In case you missed them, please welcome aboard our newest associate ambulance practitioners, student paramedics and graduate paramedics all joining the Trust.

Associate ambulance practitioners (AAP10)

AAP10 have completed their clinical training and are currently at driver training school, soon to be heading out on the road.

Graduate paramedics

Some familiar faces here with our graduate paramedics and they’re coming to a station near you after completing their induction and training at Newmarket training centre last week.

Ben Haselwood, Course Lead, said: “It’s a privilege to play a small part in our colleagues’ foundations as paramedics. Having known many from when they first joined us on placements as BSc students over three years ago, it’s a pleasure to see their progression through into current clinicians. The faculty wish them all the very best in their new careers.”

Student paramedics (SP59)

The student paramedics of SP59 have completed their clinical training and are also now in driver training school.

Allan Sunderland, course lead, added: “It has been a great course with some great students. All the tutors at Welwyn Garden City wish them every success in their driving course and future careers.”

Congratulations to you all and best of luck with your driver training.
