New service in Cambridgshire

EEAST is working with Uniting Care Partnership on an exciting new business development opportunity in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough area.

Uniting Care Partnership (Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust with Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust) is collaborating with key organisations to develop, and bid for, a new integrated older people’s pathway and adult community service to commence in January 2015 across the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough area.

EEAST is aiming to provide key aspects of the new service and will discover if its bid is successful at the end of September 2014.
