NHS Improvement's Quality, Service Improvement and Redesign (QSIR) Practitioner course is a five day programme aimed at providing you with the know-how to design and implement more efficient and productive services and processes.

The QSIR programmes are supported by publications that guide participants in the use of tried and tested improvement tools and featured approaches and encourage reflective learning.

Who the programme is for?
The QSIR programmes focus on service improvement and are delivered to a range of staff involved in healthcare.
Clinical and non-clinical staff are encouraged to apply.
Participants can apply their learning throughout the programme, which in turn accelerates personal and organisational learning and supports teams to build their evidence base for further change.

How is the programme delivered?
The programme consists of five day-long workshops which will be held at Letchworth in Hertfordshire.
The dates for the next cohort are:

Day 1 – 10th September 2019

Day 2 - 19th September 2019

Day 3 – 20th September 2019

Day 4 – 25th November 2019

Day 5 - 26th November 2019

You will need your line managers authorisation to attend the course and unfortunately we will not be able to facilitate abstraction or overtime, however tea, coffee and lunch will be provided. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
Just to emphasise this course is suitable for people from all areas of the organisation NOT just clinical.
