NHS Staff Survey 2019

The annual NHS staff survey will launch later this month, with all staff invited to share their views.

Each year the survey provides the EEAST Board with an opportunity to hear your opinions, see how well we’ve responded to your feedback and where improvements still need to be made.

The responses to the survey are strictly confidential and will be handled by an external organisation, Picker. No-one from the Trust will be able to see your survey or identify your individual response.

You will receive an email from Picker which will contain a unique link to the survey. The survey is easy to complete and should take you around 15 minutes. You can complete the survey during your regular working hours.

Who is Picker?
Picker is an international healthcare charity. They support organisations measure, understand and act on the feedback of their staff and patients. They have over 15 years of experience running staff surveys on behalf of the NHS.

What is this survey for?
The National Staff Survey runs every year. It is designed to measure staff experience and to help address issues within the Trust. To protect confidentiality, it must be run by independent contractors. Every NHS England Trust must take part and national results will be published by NHS England in February 2020.
