NHSE & NHSI Staff ‘Common Rooms’

NHS Together

Staff ‘common rooms’ are currently being offered by NHSE & NHSI as part of the wider national offer of support that is available to all NHS staff.

They provide resources and spaces for colleagues to feel well supported in managing their own – and others’ – health and wellbeing during Covid-19.

The ‘common room’ is a confidential and safe space – in a virtual environment –  where, for one hour of your choosing, you can share experiences with a small group of peers and gain some coping strategies. You will be in a small group of no more than 10 people (all ambulance), with two qualified ‘hosts’ whose role it is to make sure that the room is safe and supportive for you – providing some structure and guidance to help everyone get the most out of participating.

To book visit: https://people.nhs.uk/help/ and scroll down to Staff Common Rooms. Places will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
