Notification of Datix Essential Server Maintenance - Thursday 10th June 2021

The Trusts DATIX Hosting provider will be carrying Routine maintenance work on the server our DATIX system is on.

The service will be disrupted and unavailable between 17:00 and 18:00 on Thursday 10th June 2021.

Staff will still be able to report incidents via the SPOC team, who have kindly agreed to log on paper, during the downtime. Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) Tel No. 0345 602 6856 (Lines open 24/7).

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
