Operational restructure update: phase two and three

Transparent EEAST crest

The second phase of the operational restructure is currently ongoing; with the interview process mostly completed and a number of duty locality officers, duty EOC officers and operations cell officers in place.

These roles are vital in helping to turn around our service, but we are aware that some staff have expressed concern that some candidates were not successful in the first round of interviews.

Your views are important to us, and as such staff are being contacted who were unsuccessful to offer them a second interview; we want to be sure that we get the right people in these important positions in order to support and lead our staff.

The third phase of the operational restructure has also begun and further updates will be published in due course.
