Paramedic Clinical Research Unit (ParaCRU)

Professor Julia Williams invites you to the official launch of the new research unit in the School of Health & Social Work at the University of Hertfordshire on 31st October  (15:00 – 18:00)

ParaCRU is important for building research capacity and capability among paramedics to empower the profession to influence changes in service delivery, patient care and management, and patients’ clinical outcomes in the years ahead.

Collaborative and multidisciplinary research is essential to move healthcare research forward and we need to capitalise on the growing opportunities to develop robust, interprofessional research to ensure that clinical practice is evidence based.

Come along to hear more about ParaCRU’s aspirations for the future of collaborative research and hear about the University of Hertfordshire’s continued commitment to supporting research in unplanned, urgent and emergency care.

You will find out more about:

  • Collaborative healthcare research at the University of Hertfordshire
  • RIGHT-2
  • The ‘rotating’ Paramedic.

This launch is a free event and CPD certificates are available for all attendees.
