Patient-focused, passion and professionalism – your top three so far

what do you stand for image

Last week we launched our values survey, so we’ve been collating your votes on what you stand for and what values you think we should have as an ambulance service.

So far you’ve told us that these are most important to you…

1. Patient-focused

2. Passion

3. Professionalism

Also scoring highly are words like quality, excellence and caring, with imagination, compromise and sharing currently being at the bottom of your list.

Haven’t voted yet? There’s still time! Take a look at the list on Need to Know and vote for the 10 values that are most important to you as a member of the service.

We’ll be sharing your final chosen 10 in the next few weeks ready for the next stage of the process – happy voting!

Values are about how we behave towards each another, our patients, our partners and stakeholders. They describe what’s important to us, what matters most; they are words that we all sign up to, so we need you to tell us what you want them to be.

Help us to spread the word by printing and displaying our values poster on your station or office – thank you!
