Patient Safety Newsletter launches

A new patient safety newsletter to help clinical staff from across EEAST to develop their practice and deliver safe care is now available.

Put together by our Patient Safety Team, the bulletin shares some of the actions we have taken over the past few months to improve safety and explains what to expect if you are invited to join a round table following an incident. It also includes examples of several ECGs and asked staff to decipher them.
