Staff have been thanked for providing a “brilliant” service to patients across the east of England, in the latest patient survey.

Dozens of people completed the survey, with 98.9% of respondents saying they were very satisfied, satisfied or fairly satisfied with the service they received from the Trust.

High scores were also given for the attitude and professionalism of call handlers and front-line staff.

More than 95% of respondents said the help they received exceeded or met their expectations and 96.8% said the attitude of staff that came to their aid was “very professional”.

“Absolutely brilliant”, “excellent”, “very impressed” and “first class service” were just some of the comments of patients.

Anthony Marsh, EEAST Chief Executive, said: “I’m delighted that patient satisfaction remains so high. This is testament to the dedication of our staff who work hard to provide the best possible care to patients every day.”
