Processing of Payroll Documents During COVID-19 Outbreak

In light of the current situation and pressures on the Payroll team, any non-pay related HR forms WILL NOT be processed in April.

This includes HR2s such as; HCPC registration (where there is no change in salary), changes to base station/cost code, any other forms that do not have a direct impact on employee salary.

Timesheets and claims will still be processed as usual.

All HR forms not captured during this period will be processed in May.

Please note that this will be constantly reviewed and is subject to change. Any changes to this information will be communicated as soon as possible.
