PTS audit success!

An external audit of Great Yarmouth and Waveney patient transport services (PTS) has resulted in a continued positive certification, with all aspects being described as “very satisfactory”.

The audit assessed the quality management systems of PTS, to ensure the Trust is meeting the needs of patients and other stakeholders, as well as statutory and regulatory requirements.

This certification covers Waveney, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex.

The audit stated that patient-facing controls are effective and “feedback is observed to be good.”
