QSIR Practitioner course

The Trust is excited to announce that we will be recommencing the Quality, Service Improvement and Redesign (QSIR) Practitioner course.

After being put on hold due to restrictions, we are now pleased to be able to offer this 5 day, face-to-face course again.

The QSIR program is aimed at providing you with the know-how to design and implement more efficient and productive services and processes. The course covers tried and tested approaches, tools and techniques. The course is suitable for people from all areas of the organisation - NOT just clinical.

If you are interested in attending this 5-day course, please send an email expressing your interest to QI@eastamb.nhs.uk by the 13th of August 2021.

You will need your line manager's authorisation to attend the course and unfortunately, we will not be able to facilitate abstraction or overtime. We will not be able to provide lunch however tea coffee and biscuits will be provided. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
