Quality roadshows land in Cambridge and Basildon

Over the last week the clinical team have been hitting the road and taking the quality roadshows to Cambridge and Basildon.

The visits recommenced on 13th June in Cambridge at the Paddocks patient transport services base with Sandy Brown, our Director of Nursing & Clinical Quality. This was followed with a visit to Cambridge station.

The team also dropped by Basildon ambulance station on Monday (20th June), where they were accompanied by Non-Executive Director Tony Mclean.

Tracy Nicholls, Head of Clinical Quality, said: “The visits are a chance for the clinical team to engage with staff and to discuss any areas of improvement they feel could be made. We will be continuing to make announced and unannounced visits over the coming months across the Trust. These roadshows are informal and I encourage you all to come and share you views and comments.”

Where possible, members of the executive, non-executive and clinical directorate will also attend.

Monday, 4th July – 9am at Bedford EOC

Thursday, 21st July – 9am at Peterborough ambulance station
Peterborough ambulance station; Ocean House, Newark Road, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE1 5UA

Monday, 8th August – 9am at Longwater ambulance station
Longwater ambulance station; Alex Moorhouse Way, Longwater Business Estate, Costessey, Norwich, NR5 0JT

Monday, 22nd August – 9am at Colchester ambulance station
Colchester ambulance station; 31 Halstead Road, Colchester, CO3 9AB.
