Rebrand of the Request for Information (RFI) team and new email address

Subject Access Request

The Request for Information team (RFI) team have now rebranded to the Subject Access Request (SAR) team.

As of July 2019, the team took over processing Right of Access Requests (more commonly known as Subject Access Requests (or SARs for short) relating to current/former employees, members of the public and the HCPC.

In line with the Trust’s plan to move away from NHS.net email addresses, to incorporate the new responsibilities and team members, they can now be contacted on a new secure eastamb email addresssars@eastamb.nhs.uk.

If you receive a request for person identifiable information from any source, including our own staff, you should forward it to the Trust’s SAR team without delay. All requests for non-personal identifiable information should be sent to the Freedom of Information (FOI) team.
