Recruitment update

The Trust has recruited 244 student paramedics since the beginning of the financial year, and by the end of July, 86 will be working on the frontline.

The student paramedic advert is still open as we work towards our target of 400 for the year, so please share with friends and family – and if any ECAs would like to join the 37 who have already secured their place on the pathway so far this year, now is your opportunity, likewise HCRT staff.

Our new graduate paramedics will be finishing their university courses next month and are due to start at the Trust in October. We are still actively recruiting graduates, and another open day is being held on 18^th July with 20 attendees already confirmed. 

Chief Executive Anthony Marsh said: “We are well on our way to recruiting our target of 400 student paramedics this year, which will again make a huge difference to your lives on the frontline and the care we can give to patients in the east of England.”
