Register for the Kaido Wellbeing Challenge

Kaido Challenge launch

Following last year’s success, the Trust have joined up again with health and wellbeing company Kaido to support EEAST employees in taking control of their physical, mental and social wellbeing.

Through three themed health and wellbeing challenges, you can learn more about your health, whilst also having fun with colleagues.

The Kaido ‘Around the World in 60 Days’ challenge launches this Monday 28th January. You will receive tailored health recommendations and insights as you progress through the 60-day challenge, all designed to help you make better informed lifestyle choices.

Looking to improve your nutrition but maybe physical activity isn’t your thing? The challenge is broken down into 4, 14-day cycles so you can focus on the areas of health and wellbeing that really matter to you.

Registration is open now! Join the programme today by visiting and entering the code 4-9-6-5.

You can take the challenge individually, or as part of a self-selected team with up to 10 colleagues.

Last year, staff completed a massive 186,121 minutes of physical activity, logged 733 meals and 3587 hours of sleep on their journey to the North Pole.

As a group we took part in 52 Mini Challenges, designed to help us think about the broader pillars of health and wellbeing.

The winners were:

1st Place Individual: Jo Maxwell

2nd Place Individual: Sophie Merrylees

3rd Place Individual: Rachel Draper

1st Place Team: The Wellbeing Team

2nd Place Team: The Executive Team

By completing Milestones along the route, Arctic Challenge themed prizes were available. Sarah Tune was the Milestone number 1 winner and won a Lego Creator Kit!

Please note: participation is not compulsory, and the Trust do not receive access to any personal data.
