Reminder: Do you have a Trust mobile device?

If you have a Trust device, please remember that the IT team need to know to ensure it will be transferred to a potential new mobile network provider.

The Trust is in the process of sourcing a network provider for the next two years and we need to ensure all of the devices currently in operation are transferred to a new contract and user details are correct and up to date.

If you have any of the following yourself or have had any returned to you when members of staff have left the Trust, please email the information below at the bottom to

  • Your name
  • Department
  • Job title
  • Line manager
  • Type of device
  • Make & model if known
  • Mobile number
  • Sim number
  • Network (O2, Vodafone, EE, Enta)

This information must be shared so that your device will continue to work when the new contract starts.

If you have a device with a flat battery and you don’t have a charger, please get in touch with as much detail about it as possible; likewise if you have a device from a member of staff who has left the Trust.

It is essential that we have this information otherwise this could result in numbers being disconnected.
