Reporting to PVSH

New fleet_2019

Fleet are currently changing the way they work, to better support operational staff by keeping vehicles operational for longer. 

Some of these changes require all defects to be reported to PVSH (People and Vehicle Service Hub) and then the vehicle will be tracked through the workshop and out through Make Ready. 

This will reduce the time when vehicles are unavailable, which means more vehicles will be available for patient use. 

We’ll also be asking for feedback on how we can improve the process for you.
